I had night-long debates in college on everything from musical theory, the classics and politics. The more heated debates were not the political ones. We all actually agreed on many things. Maybe its because we all had to live in close quarters (1400 student population) and recognized that we all had to be smart to get into Pomona. But now, back in the regular pool of population, my dismay at the sheer idiocy of some writers and analysts drives me batty!
Read this column in USA Today actually praising the dialogue wrought by Fairenheit 9/11 and saying that Republicans secretly welcome the film so they can start playing dirty.
John Kerry is the opponent! He has so much dirt, if Republicans really wanted to play dirty this man would be toast with all the skeletons in his closet.
