The Economist has a very fair article looking at Bush's accomplishments and failures. Going into the election, I will never give a Democrat an inch in a discussion--because they will take a mile. But a fair analysis is instructive by allowing us to look at Bush's agenda for the next four years and to see if they are going to tackle the "other" issues we could not deal with because of 9/11.
